Local elections 3rd
May 2007. UKIP are standing 6 candidates in this years local elections. We would liked to have stood more , but we
feel that the quality of the candidate and their desire to help their
community is more important than mere numbers on election day. The wards we are not standing have candidates from the big three parties, please whatever
your affiliations do not vote for any of these candidates or you will get
more of the same, their policies are identical The BNP and the Greens are two sides of the same
coin, authoritarian, socialist claptrap
dressed on one hand as anti immigration when they are only concerned
with non white immigration. On the other a desire to push us back to the
middle ages. Democracy is your birthright, do not waste your
vote. Go along to the polling station and write on your paper UKIP or NONE OF
THE ABOVE. These votes are counted as Spoilt and every
candidate sees them. This is a true protest vote, not picking someone whose views you do not share. New Leader. We in
the Tameside Branch would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Nigel
Farage on becoming the new leader of our Party. Nigel was a founding member of the Post office closures. The closure of Ashton post office amongst others in Tameside is a tragedy for the local community and the whole of Tameside. We in UKIP Whole heartedly support the campaign to keep them open. As the closure is part of a European Directive UKIP is the only party who can make a difference. |

Local
Democracy is too important to be left just to councilors, which is why a UKIP
council would bring special elections forward for major decisions. A UKIP
council would apply common sense instead of political dogma to its policies. UKIP
would bring forward a way of reducing crime and disorder in Tameside,
regardless of the National Governments inaction on this issue. Can you help in any way? Your country and future generations will be most grateful for your support. |
